Register your interest
Tell us where you would travel and when. Every confirmed sign-up goes into the totals we show the parish councils and funders — real journeys make the case for the bus.
It takes about two minutes. We will email you a link to confirm, and only confirmed sign-ups are counted.
What happens to your answers
The data controller is Martin Anderson, organiser of Phoenix Community Transport (a CIC in formation), hello@phoenixbus.co.uk.
Your answers are stored on Phoenix's own server in Germany (EU), and its encrypted backups are kept with Backblaze in the Netherlands (EU). Our emails to you are sent through Purelymail, an email provider in the USA, which handles your email address to deliver them. Nobody else is given your answers. The totals — how many people, which villages, where and when they would travel — are published at phoenixbus.co.uk/interest/demand and shown to parish councils and funders. Names and email addresses are never published.
If you don't confirm, your details are deleted within a week. Confirmed answers are kept until Phoenix starts running or the plan is dropped, and at most three years. Remove them at any time with the link in our email, or by emailing hello@phoenixbus.co.uk.
If you're unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
